  • What is the process for ordering something?

    1. Tell us what you want
    2. Provide logo/image or we will design for you
    3. Visit showroom (if necessary) and/or have a discussion about picking your ideal item or apparel
    4. Provide proof (pdf with image of product and logo/image)
    5. Present quote
    6. Confirmation of the order
    7. Production
    8. Pick up or ship if necessary 

  • Should I get embroidery or screen printing?

    It is up to you. We generally recommend embroidery for small designs (left front and caps) as it looks richer and is better quality. However, the embroidery can be kind of ‘heavy’ for certain garments, so we typically print tee shirts and other really light fabrics. Also, very large designs (e.g. a full back design) are better for printing than embroidery.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    No, but certain processes (e.g. screen printing) are more cost effective if there is a reasonable quantity. For instance, I try not to quote fewer than 12 for anything that is printed (we have more cost effective ways of decorating smaller quantities). If the design has many colours, it is often better to use certain printing techniques (DTG or Sublimation printing) than traditional screen printing.

  • Is there a set up fee to embroider something?

    Only on new orders, if it is the first time we are embroidering something for you (a process called ‘digitzation’, which is the programming of the stitching of your design. It is a one-time fee, the price depends on the size and complexity of the design, but it is typically less than $30 and after we have done this you own your logo.

  • Do I have to provide my own files of my logo/what type of files do you need?

    We have a very experience graphic design team who can create a custom logo for you, or convert your logo into whichever format we require. Ideally we prefer vector files, but we can quickly and easily convert other types of files (i.e. PDF, JPEG, EPS, PNG, etc.) if required.

  • Can you provide fully sublimated team jerseys?

    Yes, but that is not a process we do in house. However, there are almost no suppliers in Canada for who do that type of work, but we have long standing relationships and preferred pricing arrangements with different companies who do sublimated jerseys, so we can guarantee fast turn-around and extremely competitive pricing.

  • How do you determine pricing?

    It really depends on what you are getting, the quantity, and the required decoration. There are no standard fees as every customer is different, everyone needs different apparel and different decoration techniques.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are officially open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. However, most days we are here earlier/later, and we are almost always here on Saturday, and very often on Sunday. So if you need to come in outside of regular business hours, please just give us a call and we will arrange to meet you when it is most convenient for you.
